Thank You

Thank you for all your support in my 2006 Congressional campaign.

I have decided to go on record that I am not going to run for Congress again in 2008. I've already spoken to the party, and they support my decision. An excellent candidate is currently in the process of qualifying for the ballot.

The reason for my decision is simply that I'm now splitting my time between Pasadena and Fresno, the mission I work on for NASA is in its last year (though an extended mission remains a possibility), and I don't feel that I can properly represent all of you with so much going on in my personal life.

I may be in a position to run for a non-partisan local office later in the year, but since third-party Congressional campaigns need to start almost a year ahead of time to begin the ballot-access process, I'm instead going to be lending my experience and support to help other Libertarians continue to fight for freedom for all of us.
